Fresh, locally grown vegetables, fruits, flowers, plants and herbs abound at the Bluffton Farmers Market, a weekly community event where locals and visitors gather not only to buy excellent produce but also to enjoy delicious food, listen to entertainment, and relax with friends. Situated in a tree lined park along the lovely May River, the Bluffton Farmers Market is a family friendly happening that showcases local growers, local food vendors, local entertainment, and local information about the Bluffton / Hilton Head Island/ Sun City area.

The Bluffton Farmers Market kicks off the 4th of July weekend
On Thursday, July 3rd, the Bluffton Farmers Market will host a patriotic Community Day sponsored by Stokes Brown Toyota Scion of Bluffton on from 3-6 pm at the Bluffton Oyster Company Park on Wharf Street in Bluffton
Market goers will be able to stock up for their holiday weekend's supply of produce including watermelons, tomatoes, corn, peaches, potatoes, cucumbers, melons and more.
Two new vendors are Sue Merrill of Beaufort who will be selling fresh cut flowers and Downtown Catering of Bluffton that will be selling summer salads to eat at the park or take home for a picnic. And, The Lord of Life Lutheran Church will sponsor a Bake Sale with proceeds going to Habitat for Humanity.
Synergy, a Sun City Barbershop Quartet, will be strolling and serenading through the park then local favorite, Bill Dupont on the keyboard, will entertain with his LowCountry music.
